About Us
bdSIG is a community driven initiative. Bangladesh School of Internet Governance (bdSIG) is being organized by Bangladesh Internet Governance Forum (BIGF) in conjunction with United Nations Internet Governance Forum. bdSIG is a product of Asia Pacific Internet Governance (APSIG) (sites.google.com/site/apsigasia). bdSIG was founded in 2017, when bdSIG 2017 convened in December at e-CAB Training Centre, Dhaka, brought together about 25 participants. The second and third edition of bdSIG was held at YWCA Training Centre, Dhaka in 2018 and 2019, brought together about 45 participants in each year. bdSIG is working for implementing a school of IG in Bangladesh through the collaboration with APSIG, Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers ...
