bdSIG 2019 will provide support to 45 fellows . In previous year, it announced 45 fellows name in the 2nd edition. Eminent experts from the Internet Governance community will address participants during the program. BIGF as the host for bdSIG with two days and offer a valid certificate for successful participants. The Bangladesh School of Internet Governance (bdSIG) is going to be held for the third time at 20-21 September, Dhaka in Bangladesh 2019.

The fellowship entails fee waiver to participate in bdSIG 2019.
Who can apply?
Any individual from Bangladesh, from any stakeholder community (Government Sector, Civil Society, Private Sector, Technical Community, Academia, Youth and Media), who has an interest in Internet Governance, and has in the past contributed or wishes to contribute to IG processes, may apply for this program as a Bangladesh Fellow. Any individual from any part of the world can apply as an International Fellow.
Award Package
The successful International applicant will be provided with a reasonable (local host standard) accommodation. This will include free registration. Dinners, when not in the school program are not provided.
Local Fellowship Package
Special Fellowship package of Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Barishal, Khulna, Mymensingh, Rajshahi and Rangpur in Bangladesh will be provided. This will include free registration to all bdSIG 2019 events.
Selection Criteria
Fellowship applicants will be selected by the Selection Committee based on different criteria such as background, experience and contributions, and keeping in mind parameters such as geographical and gender balance and diversity.

Sharing of Teaching Material
bdSIG proposes to share teaching material (background papers, video recordings of sessions etc.) with other SIGs in the region based on a consensus at APSIG level.
